Why drink it?

  • Tofu is a nutrient dense, low calorie food made from soy beans which is high in protein, omega 3 fatty acids and it has lots of calcium. It contains soy isoflavones which have been found to reduce levels of LDL “bad” cholesterol and help reduce bone loss (osteoporosis) after menopause.

    Kale has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. As it is rich in indole-3-carbinol, it helps support female health by facilitating estrogen metabolism in the liver. It is also a rich source of the carotenoids lutein and zeaxanthin which are essential for good eye health.
