Did you know that there are certain foods that possess the power to boost your libido? Typically referred to as ‘aphrodisiacs’ – they’re named after the ancient Greek goddess of Love – Aphrodite.
Many of us have heard of oysters being a popular aphrodisiac, but have you ever wondered what other libido-enhancers you can find in your kitchen? From pumpkin seeds, to blueberries, to bananas, and watermelons, here’s our guide to 15 amazing libido-enhancing foods to get you in the mood for love…
Cocoa not only tastes delicious, but it makes us feel good too! It contains the stimulant phenylethylamine, a natural endorphin that also increases libido. It’s also rich in magnesium which helps us relax, and tryptophan (which is a building block of the neurotransmitter serotonin).
